If we include emigrants, than this is the first time since the death of Grace Dyksterhuis in 2014 that a Dutch person outside of the European Netherlands is now the oldest living Dutch-born person.

Catherina van der Linden was born in Amersfoort, Utrecht, Netherlands on 26 August 1912 and currently lives in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia.

The municipality of Amstelveen has confirmed that as per 2022, the oldest person was 105 years old. This means that the anonymous woman, born in the last week of June 1911, has passed away in 2021, either 109 or 110 years old.
