Mrs Masa Matsumoto (松本まさ) of Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan, has celebrated her 113th birthday. She was born on 29 November 1909.

She is an amazing person who was born on the day exactly decade later Emma Morano, the last confirmed person who was born in the 1800s, and also born in Shiga prefecture where I (Record_116) was born. Shiga prefecture has highest life expectancy ever in Japan. She is the second-oldest known person ever from Shiga behind Mina Kitagawa (1905-2020). Long Live Masa Matsumoto!!!!!!
