Gertruda Gorecka, the third-oldest person in Canada, celebrates her 112th birthday on 12 November 2023 (newspaper post published in advance). She was born in Poland on 12 November 1911 and now lives in Windsor, Ontario

(Unfortunately you need to subscribe to read the new article but there has been new info added to her wiki page so I think that was part of what was in the article)

I found a version you can access for free
Unfortunately Mrs. Gorecka has had dementia for a few years and no longer speaks, but her family says she stays strong
