According to population statistics for Tamba City, Hyōgo Prefecture, as of March 31, 2026, the third oldest living person in the city (the second oldest living woman), an anonymous woman has turned 110.
She was born in March 1916.

I don't know this woman's name, but the woman in this video is definitely her. This video was filmed in April 2025, when she was 109 years old.

Additional Information: The data also shows that Mr. Tokuji Tanigaki (b. 1914.11.8), the oldest living person in the city at 111-year-old (and also the oldest living man in Hyōgo Prefecture and the second oldest living man in Japan), and Ms. Toshie Ōmae (b. 1915.4.27), the second oldest living person in the city and the oldest living woman at 110-year-old, are both still alive as of March 31, 2026.
