Vancouver is a city I hold dear. My NBA team was the Vancouver Grizzlies. Before moving to Memphis, I still rooted for them.

I think this case is more safer to be included in the rankings than Joseph IMO (especially since he was born in Haiti)

 

Haiti has had several true cases, such as Irene Castera (1910 - 2021) and Paul Lamaute (1914 - 2022). Haiti is becoming a more-researched country.

I am not involved in the team researching Joseph Arthur's case, so they will know more, but there is currently no reason to believe that Arthur is not the age claimed.
