As reported elsewhere on the forum, the oldest living resident in Akiruno, Tōkyō is 112-year-old Yukie Takahashi (高橋雪枝), born on 4 January 1913. I think it's reasonable to assume that together with the anonymous 113-year-old woman from Setagaya Ward and 112-year-old Akino Ueda (植田アキノ) of Sumida Ward, she forms the top three oldest living people in Tōkyō prefecture.

Now that the 111-year-old woman from Hokkaidō prefecture has been validated, it's become obvious that she is not from Sapporo. In fact, the report from Sapporo shows that its oldest living person is 109-year-old Teru Kitsukawa (吉川テル), born on 2 August 1916. This also reveals that last year's report from Sapporo (identifying its oldest resident as 110) was wrong; I suspect this woman must have died shortly before 1 September 2024 (because the third 110-year-old woman last year was the same person as this year's 111-year-old woman).
