OLDEST EMIGRANT(S)

Mr. Otoji Hasegawa (b. 3 December 1915) who lives in Brazil is still alive as of today, at 109.

Shizuko Takenaka (竹中志ず子) is alive as of 31 October 2025.

110-year-old Tamotsu Arai (新井保) of Saitama City, Saitama, born 1 August 1915, was visited on 9 September 2025.

109-year-old Shigezō Kōno (河野重三) of Yawatahama, Ehime, born on 31 March 1916, was visited on 22 September 2025.

111-year-old (at the time) Tsutae Hayashi (林ツタエ) of Tadotsu, Kagawa, born on 28 October 1913, was visited on 12 September 2025.

The oldest living people in Narashino, Chiba are two 107-year-olds.

There is one 109-year-old woman in Kawasaki, Kanagawa, there are two 108-year-old men, and there are five 108-year-old women as of 30 September 2025.

As reported by Straycat on the 110 Club, the oldest living person in Shima, Mie is Koasa Iwaki (岩城小あさ), born in October 1917. She is not the woman in the picture (as that is a 100-year-old woman).

As reported by Straycat on the 110 Club, the oldest living person in Toyohashi, Aichi is a 109-year-old woman born between 2 April and 1 October 1916.

As reported by Straycat on the 110 Club, the oldest living person in Ageo, Saitama is 110-year-old Yachiyo Hasegawa (長谷川八千代).

The oldest living person in Musashino, Tōkyō is a 109-year-old woman born in December 1915.

As reported by Straycat on the 110 Club, the oldest living person in Ryūgasaki, Ibaraki is 106-year-old Fusako Takahashi (髙橋ふさ子), born on 3 March 1919. This means that last year's 109-year-old, Shima Nagata (永田しま), born on 20 January 1915, is currently in limbo.

As reported by Straycat on the 110 Club, Mrs Fumi Kaneko (金子フミ) of Yurihonjō, Akita, who died on 5 September 2025 at the age of 109, was most likely born on 2 January 1916.

As reported by Straycat on the 110 Club, the oldest living person in Fukui City, Fukui is a 108-year-old woman born in March 1917. She is one of the two 108-year-olds in the top 5 oldest living people in the prefecture.

Shizuoka prefecture:

- Yoshi Moriya died on 9 November, and 111-year-old Tama Ōishi (大石たま) of Fujieda, born on 26 July 1914, became the new oldest woman in the prefecture, behind Kiyotaka Mizuno (水野清隆). This means that within two months, the four oldest living people in the prefecture all died.

- Komatsu Kawai of Hamamatsu died on 13 November, making 109-year-old Masako Wade (和出まさ子), born on 20 October 1916, the new oldest living person in the prefecture.

Speaking of Shizuoka prefecture, Mr Toshirō Ozawa (小澤俊郎) of Kikugawa turned 109 on 1 October 2025.

Mr Yūzō Iwaya (岩谷勇藏) of Ōdate, the oldest living man in Akita prefecture, died on his 107th birthday on 8 November 2025. His successor as oldest living man in the prefecture is 104-year-old Katsushirō Tsutaya (蔦屋勝四郎) of Yokote, born on 11 March 1921.

There are three supercentenarians in Setagaya, Tōkyō as of 1 November 2025: the 113-year-old woman born on 14 May 1912, a 110-year-old woman born in November 1914, and a 110-year-old woman born in October 1915.

Mrs Kyōsen Kineya (杵屋響泉) of Odawara, Kanagawa was visited on 10 November 2025 to celebrate her upcoming 111th birthday.

As reported by Straycat on the 110 Club, Akie Kubo (久保アキヱ) of Amagasaki, Hyōgo, born on 20 April 1915, aged 110, was visited on 16 September 2025.

As reported by Straycat on the 110 Club, the oldest woman in Sakai, Ōsaka is a 109-year-old woman called Yoshiko (or Ryōko?) Deguchi (出口良子), who was visited on 14 October 2025.

As reported by Straycat on the 110 Club, as of 1 November 2025 there are no 109-year-olds alive anymore in Miyazaki City, Miyazaki. This means that Mrs Shimie Yuge (弓削シミエ), born on 27 April 1916, has entered limbo. She was last confirmed alive on 1 September 2025 (and was, in fact, already no longer reported on on 1 October 2025).
