The oldest living person in Chiba City, Chiba is a 111-year-old woman.

On 1 September 2024, one of the then-110-year-olds in Chiba prefecture was a woman from Narashino. This woman was in limbo by 30 September 2024 (see attachment). Because we now know that the oldest living person in Ichikawa, Chiba is 110 years old as of 1 September 2025, this means the current 111-year-olds in Chiba prefecture are from the following cities:

• Kashiwa (born on 17 January 1914);
• Funabashi (born between 2 October 1913 and 1 April 1914);
• Chiba City (born between 16 September 1913 and 15 September 1914).

The oldest living man in Hokkaidō prefecture is 107-year-old Susumu Sakima (咲間進) of Date, born on 15 January 1918, who was visited on 19 September 2025.

The oldest living person in Kani, Gifu is a 109-year-old woman.

The oldest living person in Tokamachi, Niigata is 109-year-old Setsuko Sakata (坂田節子).

The oldest living person in Toda, Saitama is a 111-year-old woman.

The oldest living person in Komagane, Nagano is 109-year-old Fukuju Kitazawa (北沢福寿), born in 1916, who was visited on 15 September 2025.

The oldest living person in Hachiōji, Tōkyō is a 110-year-old woman. However, according to city statistics, the oldest living person in the city was 108 on 30 September 2024 and 109 on 31 December 2024, indicating the report uses the East Asian counting method and this woman will turn 110 in the last three months of 2025.

The oldest living person in Hachiōji, Tōkyō is a 110-year-old woman. However, according to city statistics, the oldest living person in the city was 108 on 30 September 2024 and 109 on 31 December 2024, indicating the report uses the East Asian counting method and this woman will turn 110 in the last three months of 2025.

On the 110 Club, Straycat reports that this is Shizuka Yamazaki (山崎静), who was visited on 15 September 2025. The commemorative plaque reveals her date of birth: 19 November 1915.

On September 25th, Mayor Yamamoto visited the homes of the ward's oldest woman, 112 years old, and its oldest man, 105 years old, to celebrate their longevity.
Sumida Ward will continue to strive to make its residents a more livable city.

On 25 September 2025, the mayor of Sumida Ward, Tōkyō visited the two oldest living people in the ward, a man and a woman. 
These two people remain the same as last year: the woman is 112-year-old Ms. Akino Ueda (植田アキノ), (b. 1912.11.5) and the man is 105-year-old Mr. Toshimitsu Fukuoka (福岡壽光).

The oldest living person in Matsusaka, Mie is 107-year-old Matsue Fukui (福井マツエ), born on 7 May 1918.

The oldest living person in Oyama, Tochigi is 107-year-old Tei Soshino (曽篠テイ), born on 9 March 1918.

The oldest living person in Sagamihara, Kanagawa is 108-year-old Akiko Kōno (河野秋子).

As every year, Shiga prefecture has released its top two oldest male and female residents. This confirms Masa Kotake (小竹マサ)'s date of birth as 7 July 1915.

As mentioned by Straycat on the 110 Club, the oldest living person in Ōsaka City, Ōsaka is a 111-year-old woman who can still walk.

As mentioned elsewhere on the forum, Mrs Miyo Hokonohara (鉾之原ミヨ), the oldest living resident in Fukui prefecture, died on 2 October 2025, aged 110 years and 123 days.

The prefectural report for Ehime prefecture shows there is one 110-year-old woman, Unoyo Manabe (眞鍋ウノヨ), and one 109-year-old man, Shigezō Kōno (河野重三).

The oldest living person in Iruma, Saitama is aged 110 years or above. This is most likely the woman born in January 1914.

Statistics for Yokohama, Kanagawa reveal one 112-year-old, one 111-year-old, three 110-year-olds, and two 109-year-olds on 30 September 2025. This means one of the 109-year-olds reported on 1 September 2025 has entered limbo (but not Mrs Toyoko Suzuki (鈴木豊子) of Aoba Ward).

The oldest living person in Yao, Ōsaka is a 109-year-old woman.

The oldest living person in Izumo, Shimane is a 109-year-old woman. The oldest living man in the city is 108-year-old Rinichi Nagira (柳楽林市), born on 2 August 1917, who is also the oldest living man in the prefecture.

The oldest living person in Takasaki, Gunma is a 109-year-old woman born in May 1916.

As mentioned by Straycat on the 110 Club, the oldest living person in Tokorozawa, Saitama is a 109-year-old woman.

The oldest living person in Miyoshi, Aichi is 108-year-old Masa Yamazaki (山崎まさ), born in July 1917.

The oldest living person in Ueda, Nagano is a 110-year-old woman born in December 1914.

As mentioned by Straycat on the 110 Club, 109-year-old Shitsuko Uratsuka (浦塚シツコ) of Hita, Ōita died around 1 October 2025. The city reported two 109-year-old women on 30 September 2025.

Mrs Shime Nakanishi (中西シメ) of Minoh, Ōsaka was visited by the mayor of the city on 3 October 2025. As revealed by LongeviQuest, she was born on 3 January 1914 (and her age was recently validated).

There are two 109-year-old women in Nagaoka, Niigata.

There are two women aged 110 or above in Ōta Ward, Tōkyō. From previous statistics, we know they were born between 2 July and 1 October 1914 (so 111 years old) and 2 January and 1 April 1915 (so 110 years old).
