Henricus Petrus Jacobus (Jaak) Broekx of Bree, Limburg, Belgium died today at the age of 109 years, 86 days. He was born in the same place on 6 August 1914 and was the oldest living man in Belgium.

RIP Mr. Broekx, Doyen of Belgium, 3rd oldest known man ever lived in Belgium and 6th oldest man ever from Belgium.
His passing is sad also because, at his 109th birthday party, he was reportedly still in good shape (only his legs were weak and he was hard of hearing).
