Heinke Gilad (Hebrew: חיינקה גלעד) - of Dafna, Israel - passed away on 7 March 2022, at the age of 110 years, c.239 days.
She was born in Russian Empire (present-day Lithuania), around 11 July 1911. She moved to Kibbutz Dafna, Mandatory Palestine (present-day Israel) in 1932 and was a founding member of kibbutz. She married and had two children (the oldest son Alik Gilad (born 1938)) and adopted one child. Her husband died in 1987.
"On Monday, the late Heinka Gilad passed away in the kibbutz, Dafna, in her best return at the extreme age of 110 and eight months. She worked in various branches of the kibbutz until she retired at the age of 97. -22 great-grandchildren
Hayanka Gilad was born in Lithuania in 1911 and immigrated to Israel alone. Dafna joined in 1932, when it was still being formed as a training nucleus at Givat Michael in Ness Ziona. There she met her husband and the couple married and had two children and then adopted another child, who came to the country of orphanage alone, at the end of World War II. In 1939, together with members of the pioneering training program (hachshara), they moved to Dafna's permanent settlement, as part of Operation Wall and Tower. Of her three children she had nine grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Most of her life on the kibbutz was devoted to the field of children's education. At age 63, she joined the shoe factory in Daphne, where she worked until her retirement at age 97.
"She worked all her life. She was a carpenter, worked in the kitchen and for nearly 60 years was a caregiver and engaged in education," said her eldest son (born 1938), Alik Gilad. "Until the age of 97 she would get up every morning to work at 6:00 and stay active until 23:00 or midnight. She continued to work until one night she fell and then decided to retire." Hayanka moved to sheltered housing in the kibbutz and stopped working - but did not stop being active. "She was constantly involved in activities. She knew everything, remembered everything and continued to be the living spirit everywhere," said the son, adding that her motto and recipe for a long life was her optimism, joy of life and the fact that she loved everyone. "She's never had a fight with anyone. Everyone for her was good people."
Last year she celebrated her 110th birthday with an exciting celebration, when delegations of greetings arrived at her residence: kindergarten children came with drawings, greetings and balloons, teenagers sang songs to her and danced and farm members brought gifts and greetings."

Could they have meant 5 July and mixed up the month and date (5-7 instead of 7-5)?
Rest in peace, Mrs Gilad.
Overduidelijk misschien.

Actually the report from 11 July 2019 mentioned how she is celebrating her 108th birthday on "Friday" (5 July).
Based on the previous reports about her 110th birthday from July 2021, I would say July is more likely than May.
