Ms. Estelline Kancel of Le Gosier, Guadeloupe (FRA) sadly passed away on 12 June 2023 at the age of 111. She was born in the same village on 7 February 1912. She was the 8th OLP in France.

She was the second oldest known living person from Guadeloupe.
