Ms. Bernice Blake of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (USA) sadly passed away on 5 May 2026, aged 110.
She was born on 5 October 1915.

Edit: I thought I'd make it clear, this is NOT the Anonymous woman (b. 6 October 1915) and Bernice might have actually been born on 6 October 1915 instead. The GRG validated her with that day as they say her birth record supports it.
