Ambrosia Acosta Terán (21 February 1904 – 25 August 2016) was a Mexican supercentenarian who was the first GRG-validated supercentenarian in Mexico. The subsequent discovery of LAS-validated case Wenceslao Leyva Gonzalez (1903-2016) means she wasn't actually the oldest known living person in Mexico, although I'm pretty sure she was the oldest known woman in her country.
