Mrs. Akino Ueda (植田アキノ) from Sumida, Tokyo, Japan sadly has entered limbo, aged 113.

She was born on November 5, 1912, and was last confirmed alive on January 1, 2026. She was the oldest living person in Sumida.

EXPLANATION:
Ueda-san, as I've discovered, was resided (or was registered) in Sumida-2-chōme (墨田二丁目 (100/130 in much documents)).

1) Between October 1, 2016, and January 1, 2017, two women in Sumida turned 104 years old. One lived in Sumida-2-chome, the other in Osiage-3-chome* (押上三丁目(105/130)) .

* This woman has entered limbo after April 1, 2020; aged 107.

2) Sumida-2-chome also housed a woman who was already 104+ years old when Ueda-san turned 104. (More precisely, she was 105 years old—she was born between January 2 and April 1, 1911.)

3) Thus, from January 1, 2017, to October 1, 2018, two women aged 104+ lived in Sumida-2-chome. Soon after, between October 2, 2018, and January 1, 2019, one of the women entered limbo (This was a woman who was born between January 2 and April 1, 1911; aged 107).

4) For the entire period from January 1, 2019 to January 1, 2026, there was a one woman 104+ years old in Sumida-2-chōme, and the value was never zero (which, by the way, is very similar to the case of Yasue Saito). Also, no one person in Sumida-2-chōme has ever reached 104 years old.

From this, it can be concluded that the woman being studied in Sumida-2-chome is Akino Ueda-san.
