As with the world's oldest person list, I think we should have a list of WOM titleholders, going as far back as we can (preferably claims that we know are plausible and/or true).

NealIRC's page on that has actually been brought back up to date about a month ago (thanks to my help), and it stretches all the way back to the 1870s:

Technically it's not fully up to date yet, because it doesn't have Tomás Pinales Figuereo yet, but I figured that he'd want an exact date of death before adding him. He does know about the case, though.
