1. LUZON RULE: Filipinos above 110 need extra verification in order to be generally accepted as a supercentenarian. (See List #1) 
2. VISAYAS RULE: Birthday and death updates will be posted on a different post, but will still be reported in the news section.
3. MINDANAO RULE: If a centenarian turns 110 but undocumented or implausible they will be made red to represent claimant; bolded means documented.

Telesforo P. Andres, of Negros Occidental passed away on 4 November 2025 at the age of 107 years, 132 days. He became the oldest known living man in Negros Occidental on 26 July 2025, following the death of Gorgonio Salaver Alonsagay.

Angel Collantes Carlin (27 August 1912? – 5 November 2025)

Angel Collantes Carlin of Sorsogon, passed away on 5 November 2025 at the claimed age of 112 years, 70 days. He was the second-oldest known living man and third-oldest known living person in the Philippines at the time of his death (dubious).

Dagami Bun-ol Bucca (10 January 1916 – 8 November 2025)

Dagami Bun-ol Bucca of Benguet, passed away on 8 November 2025, at the age of 109 years, 302 days. She was the second oldest living person in the Philippines at the time of her death. She became the oldest known living person in Benguet on 15 July 2025, following the death of Pablo Fukad Amiling.
