Januario Rubiano is a supercentenarian man from Colombia who claims birth of 31 December 1908 (likely a placeholder birthdate), and celebrated his claimed 115th birthday last December. I found documents and records belonging to him, as far back as 1961, all of which support his age. I also found a possible christening record for a Januario Rubiano of Colombia from 10 October 1909, and a marriage certificate of a Januario Rubiano of Colombia from 1930 that states his age as 22. Unfortunately, I don't know the names of his family members, so I cannot say whether the 1909 & 1930 records are him. The 1961-present records do however, belong to him.
