There is a documented 111 year old woman from Brazil, however her date of birth is still uncertain: born between 7 July and 6 August 1911. So I think she should be included, as at least born 6 August 1911, what is her minimum age. For now her name will not be revealed.

Its very interesting to see any mixed sex list where 3 of the top 4 places are occupied by males.
Will probably change as other validations occur.

In my opinion, this could only come from new discoveries, since there really aren't any other plausible claims from before 1910 that I can think of. The male top 3 is extremely strong right now, and it just so happens that they're all South American.

I don’t have the same depth of knowledge or access to data that you have, but as you suggest, data would have to be new.
And even for women the 1910 year will be becoming very scarce now, as it means candidates will pretty much be either side of their 113th birthday going forward , as we move through April and into the middle third of the year.
So South America for now, could be a very special time for male supercentenarians.

Mrs. Teresa Moraga Jara passed away on 5 May.
Mrs. Maria Titaro Felicio passed away on 17 February.
Julio is number 19, isn't he?
Males typically make up about 5-6% of supercentenarian numbers, especially once we get above 113.
So to see males in second, third and fourth in a top twenty list is quite extraordinary.

I think the 5-6% applies mainly to countries impacted by World War II (USA, Canada, Europe, Japan). In Latin America, men make up a much higher percentage of the documented/verified cases. Men make up around 20% of deceased validated LAS cases, and close to 30% of the deceased pending cases. While male cases are most likely overrepresented in this data, it's still evident that men in this region far outperform their counterparts from other parts of the world, and I imagine this is almost entirely to do with minimal military conscription and lower rates of industrialization throughout Latin America.
