I have confirmed with Mr. Ríos García's daughter that he actually made it to 113! He has been a bit sick, but recovering!
He was born on 4 April 1910 in Fredonia, Antioquia, Colombia, and is currently the 3rd-world's oldest living man (pending) and the 2nd-oldest living person in Colombia.
