Gladys B. Champ Smith – of Prince William County, Virginia – sadly passed away on 13 November 2022 at the age of 110 years, 120 days.
She was born on 16 July 1912.

I've researched this case and it appears that she was a few months older than claimed. Gladys Barbara Smith was born as Catherine Champ on March 16, 1912 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Hugh W. "Hughie" Champ and Katie McQuay, per her birth record, and was thus aged 110 years, 242 days when she died.
