Mrs. Asayo Satō (佐藤アサヨ) of Amari City, Saga, Japan sadly passed away around September 29, 2024 at the age of 113 years old.

She was born on September 22, 1911 and was the oldest living person in Saga Prefecture.

Unfortunately, there is no more accurate information regarding the date of death yet.

She was the 32nd oldest person alive in the world, 10th oldest person in Japan, does anyone know who the oldest person in Saga is now?
She is the 499th oldest person in history, 123rd oldest in the history of Japan
