Mrs Shizuka Yamazaki (山崎静) of Hachiōji, Tōkyō, Japan has entered limbo. She was born on 19 November 1915, and she was last confirmed alive on 31 March 2026, aged 110 (no longer appearing in the demographics on 30 June 2026).

She was the fourth-oldest living person in Tokyo.
She was considered the 54th-oldest living person in Japan and the 198th-oldest in the world; however, unfortunately, her date of death is unknown.
