Mary Lawrence (1875-1985) died not long after she turned 110 years old.
Her second daughter, Mattie, lived to age 101, born in 1901 and dying in 2003.

Thomas Carson Anderson (November 20, 1868-August 5, 1976) and his youngest daughter Nancy Anderson Self (November 8, 1912-June 12, 2021). The father was 107 when he died and the daughter was 108, for a final combined age of over 215 years.
Their family in general had some extraordinary longevity. Four out of five of Nancy's (siblings + half-siblings) lived to age 98+, with two of them living to age 103+. And Nancy's mother lived to age 95.

This family just keeps delivering: Catherine Hagel's (1894-2008) daughter Rosanna Toth is still alive at 104. She was born on 25 October 1919.
Source (recent obituary of brother)
Their combined is currently 218 years and 189 days, which is the oldest known parent-child lifespan where the child is still living; however, it's still 1.5 years behind the combined lifespan of Catherine's sister-in-law and nephew Delvina and John Dahlheimer (220 years, 26 days).
Rosanna Toth is presumably still alive at the age of 106 (no obituary or FindAGrave profile), meaning she and her mother reached the combined age of 220 years in November, and have since surpassed Delvina and John. Astonishing!

I don't think this has been mentioned before on any forum: Elizabeth Bolden's (1890-2006) daughter Mamie Lee Brittmon (1920-2022) died at the age of 102.
Combined age: 218 years, 193 days.

Thanks a lot. Really impressing.
When I was studying in an archive in Italy in the 1980s, I made a find in an article by coincidence. A woman celebrated her 100 birthday in the early 1980s. Her mother lived to 104 and her father to 108. Her grandmother to 115. Unfortunately I didn´t made notes. The age of the parents seems plausible. 115 could be the oldest person in that times if true.
I know the newspaper, if somebody is interested.

I looked at all of the 111+ year old American men, out of interest, and this is what I found. Only one additional 210+ pair, but some other interesting information.

Anthony Francis (14 Feb 1927 - Present), 98 years, 350 days [confirmed alive in October 2024]. His daughters (all in their 90s) are all alive as well, I believe

On the Family Tree search option of FamilySearch, I usually search for 105-112-year-olds (by altering the birth and death years), then with 100 results/page, I use ctrl+F and type "-200", "-199", "-198", "-197", "-196" (so decades of death), and I look for centenarian parents (the lifespans of the parents are shown together with the result). This is the fastest way I could figure out.
Another 210+ father-son duo, the last one for today:
William N. McCoy (1859-1963); 103 years, 353 days
John T. M. McCoy (1890-1996); 106 years, 120 days
Combined age: 210 years, 108 days
I'm sorry I don't include links or exact birth/death dates (out of laziness), but they are quite easy to find on FS or FindAGrave if you're interested.

Maria Dolores de Jesus Gomes Ferreira (22.07.1902 - 31.07.2013) 111 years, 9 days

On 3 August 2026, we might see the first 215+ parent-child duo of Hungary, if Mrs Nádasdi will hopefully still be with us:
Imréné Wessely (née Margit Schützer) (1893-2001); 108 years, 273 days – OLP at the time of her death
Pálné Nádasdi (née Éva Wessely) (1920-present); 105 years, 276 days (as of today)
Combined age: 214 years, 184 days (as of today)
And as I've already mentioned in the Hungary thread, the daughter of Mrs Nádasdi is the daughter-in-law of Miklós Angelus (1909-2016) and Miklósné Angelus, née Edit Vidor (1913-2015), who are the second-oldest known Hungarian couple ever and had the second-longest known marriage in the country with almost 80 years (plus Miklós was the OLM at the time of his death).
This means that there's a woman in Hungary (a successful businesswoman, by the way), whose grandparents lived to the ages of 107, 102, 94, 105 (still living), her maternal great-grandmother to 108 – and had an OLM and an OLP ancestor, who were unrelated.
