As far as I know Joe Baker is not even partially documented.

Is Mr. Yang Longsheng documented? I know he's unvalidated by the GRG, LAS, and LQ, but I think he does have some documentation. I could be wrong on that.

Edit: And Mr. Goncalino Norberto as well.

One report showed his work card from 1959 that states his DOB as 12 Nov 1910 (13 December 1910 by solar calendar). One of his daughters was also born around 1929/1930, so I do think he's the age claimed.

Its fantastic right now to have three 113 year olds.

But no one else has got to 112 - or even 111.5.

The big gap between numbers 3 and 4 probably reminds us of how fortunate we are at the moment in terms of the top 3.

Yes thank you Ale. It's nice to see the top 3 men are over 113, but it is a bit sad to see such a wide gap. Hopefully Mr. Otilio Dominguez Santos can get validated and on his claimed 113th birthday this year we'll have 4 men over 113. And I hope some of the others like Gonçalino Norberto and Yang Longsheng can get validated, and close the gap between Garcia and Sonobe. Best wishes for the future of SCs

Also Goncalino Norberto is considered a questionable case and Yang Longsheng is likely dead now as Shi Ping was reported as the oldest man in Shanghai. So the only remaining plausible SCs between the gap are Francis Zouein, Abilio Borges Moreira (the man now thought to be Brazil's oldest) and Josias de Oliveira. Even then, Zouein's claimed birthdate is likely a placeholder.

@rutzqwezex there's also Otilio Dominguez born 15 June 1910, Seliman Bandang born 21 March 1910, Lorenzo Cayunao Millan born 17 June, 1910, and João Da Missanga born 13 March, 1908 who are all plausible. 

But Bandang and Millan are subject to doubt. And there's not enough info known on Missanga to make a case. And I agree that Zouein's date of birth is a placeholder. Fortunately though, Dominguez is likely to be 113. 

EDIT: Bandang looks suspiciously young for his age, and I'm not 100% sure he even has any documentation. His "proof" comes from a "birth certificate" written by the Malaysian Book of Records in 2021. I discovered that there's no possible way that Millan could've been born when he claims, due to his siblings being born too close in age. The only way Millan could actually be the age claimed is if his older and younger siblings birthdates were wrong. He doesn't even have a 113th Birthday confirmation. Missanga is more plausible than Bandang and Millan but his age of 115 years & 4 months is very advanced for a male, and this alone makes his case a bit suspicious. 

My thoughts:

Otilio Dominguez Santos - 95% likelihood due to circumstances confirmed to me privately via Facebook and the ages of his children.

Josias de Oliveira - 90% likelihood due to sources.

Abilio B. M. - 80% likelihood. I don't know much about his case, but the way gerontology experts talk about him gives me good faith that he is indeed 111.

Francis Zouein - 60% likelihood of being born in 1911. He was probably born in 1911, just not on January 1st. He probably only knew the year, so a placeholder birthday was chosen for him. 

João Da Missanga - 40% likelihood 

Francis Zouein - 20% likelihood of being born in 1910. His chosen birthday of January 1st 1911 may have been rounded down, but I think it's more likely that it was rounded up.

Seliman Bandang - 10% likelihood 

Lorenzo Cayunao Millan - less than 5% likelihood

I was waiting for an update and it turned out tha he is entered to a limbo case. Shinagawa word's oldest living man is now 106.

@metajore in July update, he was still living in Shinagawa, but in August, he wasn't. And there is no proof of he reached the age of 111.

@record_116 is there any proof to Rafael chinchillas age? And is he still alive in 2023? Because he would be on this list, if not the senovio saavedra muela would be on this list.
