Does Yu Te-Hsin not count? I know he's not validated by LQ and only validated by the GRG, but he's also recognised by the GWR.

 

With respect to the GRG, other groups have not been able to rely on GRG validations for some time.

 

I understand he is in the GWR for being the oldest person to do a tandem paraglide, at the claimed age of 105.

I’m not aware of any formal validation process behind that entry, but it would be interesting to know.
