Mr. Al Taubman of Martinez, California, USA, celebrated his 110th birthday on 2 June.
He was born in New York, USA, on 2 June 1916. There is documentation supporting his age that I've seen, so NO, I'm not just basing it off of GRG's pending status of his age.
Happy (belated) Birthday Mr. Taubman.

Al Taubman, a resident of Martinez, California, USA, celebrated his 110th birthday on 2 June, according to the VA Northern California Health Care System.
Al Taubman was born on 2 June 1916. He served in the United States Army during World War II.
At the moment, he is one of the oldest living men in California.

Update: It appears he was born a day later, on 3 June 1916. According to the GRG, a birth index states this (which I hope is accurate).
