Saitama City
According to statistics as of May 1, there are no men aged 110. It appears that Tamotsu Arai has entered limbo.
Arai’s last recorded date of survival was April 1.
Born on August 1, 1915, he was the oldest man in Saitama Prefecture and the fourth-oldest man in Japan.
