Hisako Shiroishi was born on May 19, 1910 in Tochigi pr. (JPN). She currently lives in Higashichichibu, Saitama pr. (JPN).
Following the death of 110-year-old Ms. Chiyo Kato on 18 September 2020, she became the oldest known living person in Saitama pr.
As of August 30, 2023, she is currently the oldest known living resident of the Saitama pr. and is also among the top 10 oldest known living people in Japan.
Aged 102 on 10 April 2013.
On her 111th birthday in 2021.
Aged 111 in September 2021.
Aged 112 in September 2022.
Aged almost 113 in May 2023.

It should be noted that since 20 June 2023 she has been the oldest person ever to live in Saitama Prefecture

On 18th April 2024, following the sad passing of Ms. Taira, Ms. Shiroishi became the World's 10th-oldest validated living person.
