There is really only one person pulling the strings in the GRG these days, AQ.

And he’s not going to suspend or ban himself.

Any others are just minnows, doing what this individual wants done - or no longer directly involved.

Would that single person be Waclaw or Robert?

@Ale76 What caused Robert to become inactive?

And what's the deal with Waclaw's attitude in regards to all of this?

Robert is taking some time out from numerous issues these days.

That’s all that can really be said.

Yesterday, LongeviQuest announced the debunking of Johnson Parks, who was previously believed to be the world's oldest living man. It turned out he was most likely 103 at the time of his passing, so we are withdrawing our recognition of his age validation by the Gerontology Research Group.

Interestingly, this same group—known for repeatedly claiming that LongeviQuest is unreliable and motivated solely by financial gain—withdrew their validation of his case just one day later. What a coincidence... How many coincidences does this make?

Our news article + archived screenshot from yesterday
GRG's list of validations for 2002 at the same time yesterday (where Parks is still listed)
GRG's list of world's oldest men at the same time (Parks is there)

And, of course, we'll also see claims on the Gerontology wiki from user Milanq, who will assert that it was actually the GRG that debunked him.
